Pre-Retreat (Thursday)

As the retreat does not officially start until Friday afternoon, the Pre-Retreat is more casual. Pizza  will be provided Thursday evening (Vegetarian options available). Breakfast and Lunch on Friday will be on your own.

  • Kale/Romaine Caesar Salad with Parmesan and Sunflower Seeds**
  • Greek Salad with Mint and Feta**

Dinner

  • Napa Cabbage and Arugula Salad with Carrot, Green Onion, Cucumber with a Ginger Vinaigrette and Toasted Sesame Seeds**
  • Tandoori Chicken
    OR Tandoori Tofu**
